Title of Research
Ultra Personalised Product Service Systems and the Negotiation of Product Features
I am a fashion designer specialized in wearable technology, 3D Printing and materials that relate to design. I strive to realize a future where there is little difference between Fashion and Technology. My studies carried me from computer sciences in the Rocky Mountains to Fashion Design in New York City at FIT. From there I went to practice in the fashion production centers of Italy . I have designed garments, communications and systems for brands including Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Jean Paul Gaultier Jeans, Dan Ward and Emilio Cavallini. My passion for exploration led me back into university when I was asked to teach and research Digital Modeling for Fashion Design at the IUAV University of Venice. I have taught many courses such as Wearable Technology, 3D Modeling/Printing, Interaction Design, Eco Design and New Media Graphic Design at Universities including the IUAV, Sapienza, Institute of European Design Florence, and ISIA Florence. Currently I am woking on Ultra Personalization, Footwear and how the way we wear things can change based upon our data.
Solemaker.io is one of my projects.
