Based upon the same system that was used to make the shoes for the Minister, users scan their feet, adjust the sole to how they walk, then create their own personalized shoe. “Solemaker is a step towards a future where our data is used to make things for us.” says Troy. Sensing the Body

Troy Nachtigall and Admar Schoonen gave a workshop in the Wearable Senses Lab.  The workshop focused on Presence and Pressure sensing using textiles and Arduinos.  The sensor performs resistive sensing and capacitive touch sensing simultaneously on the same circuit.
